not gonna lie, I'm a little jealous - I've always wanted to go the okanogan (sp?) to see where my dad grew up. I hear it's beautiful.
it is beautiful. It's desertlike and feels entirely different from Vancouver. I suggest a detour off the no. 1 if you can manage it, though that might be a bit much for your already lengthy road trip.
if only we had more than a week!! but we're already trying to cram in too much.one day though
